    Blood work before starting tren

Here is my blood work taken a week ago. I am on 200mg/wk test cyp currently prescribed. Anything I should be concerned about or do I look good to go. I hope so because I am already first pin in. How skewed will these results get on 350mg test and 200mg tren after say 10 weeks?

Your lucky I went to college to draw blood.

You have lots going on, not good.

You need fish oil for the HDL 6 caps per day.

You need a Iron tabs, since your have anemia.

You need milk thistle since your liver level are high.

Your kidney level are high, so keep your Blood pressure under control if its high. Tren would be a big no with your kidney levels.

Fish oil will keep your blood pressure down with tren, but your kidney's.

I donated a pint of whole blood the day before I had my blood test. Would this cause the readings on my blood work to be skewed? My blood presssure is 117/76. I don’t drink and my diet is super clean. How could my blood work be that bad? I am also currently taking 1600mg of fish oil daily.

If the DHA/EPA quantities in the fishoil are low (cheap product) then you have to take more per day, also, not that I've seen any evidence of it, but many people argue that Krill Oil products are superior to other fish, and that Fish Oil products are superior to the seed oils, in terms of our ability to absorb and use it.

Blood pressure can fluctuate, I have an electronic one at home and I take mine several times a day and plot the data roughly to get an idea of my response to certain blood pressure drugs/supplements. Chronically elevated BP causes kidney damage over time, if you had high BP before and it did damage then there is no going back, just keep it in check moving forward.

Thank you. Should I be super concerned about a moderate dose of 200mg tren and 350mg test?

I'm not an expert so wait on someone else with experience before you pull the trigger please, but, if I had your bloodwork and your BP, I would feel safe doing that cycle, but I wouldn't do it without adding a few supplements in.

I'd add 5mg Tadalafil a day, Citruline and L-Arginine, time release Niacin, and eat lots of extra beets for blood pressure, stay away from stimulants. I'd also add some extra AI and low Nolva to prevent Tren related nipple issues.

What is wrong with his HDL? If anything I'd add in Slo-Niacin or Endur Acin as tren crushes HDL.
Anemia? If you're basing that off a barely high MCH and low RDW it's a bit of a leap. BW is a snapshot in time. Note it yes, worry about it, nah.
Liver levels are just fine. Anyone who lifts weights can have elevated ast and alt levels due to muscular trauma. Zero issues here. That said, NAC etc is always a good addition to a vitamin protocol.

Thank you Kel. I didn’t want to disregard anyone’s input but I am sure my doc would have called me if I had kidney damage and liver problems going on. I also made my doc aware when I had my blood work drawn that I had donated a pint of blood not even 24 hours prior.

No worries. We are all entitled to our opinions and I don't discount Tony's at all. Perspective.

Ok current regiment is 3 fish oil tabs daily (serving is 2 for 1200mg), multi vitamin and Michael’s BP factors which contains Hawthorne and magnesium 3 times daily. Should this be good enough to keep my lipids and BP in the safe zone with 300mg test and 200mg tren ? My BP normally runs 117/76 so not sure what tren will bring it up to. I plan on running this cycle for 10-12 weeks.
