On Cycle Blood work : Is 5000 total too high

Running a cycle currently at 500 Cypionate weekly, 4iu hgh daily, 300 tren e weekly and pinning twice weekly(mon and Fri). Arimidex at 1mg on days that i pin. Had a question regarding total test to estradiol e2 levels. My understanding is you divide total test by both 50 and 30 to get high and low range for where e2 should be . Currently testScan_0196.pdf total is almost at 5000 and e2 is at 32 which leads me to believe i should lower my ai to .75 arimidex versus 1 which should bring my e2 to roughly 80 . Let me know your thoughts any input is always appreciated . Blood work was taken day after pinning both test and tren . Blood work was done first week i started tren . I think you could cut your AI dose in half and be fine. You might put a little more muscle on if you do. Just watch your blood pressure and you should be fine sounds like you got some good gear. Not a bad idea to keep caber and nolva on hand as well. Good job on getting bloods many fail to do that

I would use Arimidex the day after my test shots, not the day of. I also agree with above, 0.5mg is enough.

With a total T of almost 5000, I would expect (maybe even want) estrogen to be in the low triple digits. That would somewhat depend on the goal of your cycle though.

Also, maybe think about donating to keep hematocrit in line, depending on how you feel.

Really not healthy to have supraphysiologic test levels and a non enhanced mans estrogen level. Estrogen is anabolic , cardio protective and a host of other benefits. Only reason to reduce it would be libido or gyno issues.
