Post results of the 3 blood tests done in 2022 and 2023

results of the 3 blood tests done in 2022 and 2023.

AST, ALT, and cholesterol have always been high.

I've been doing testosterone non stop since 2016 on average about 500 a week. I also do 300 of boldenone OR 200 of trenbolone per week.

    I don't use orals. I don't drink. I don't use drugs. I train every day.

    Advice?

    thanks

    Advice? Yeah this is simple:

Quit running so much gear year round.

You are living on borrowed time, man. That much gear for that long will catch up to you. Unless your gear is dramatically underdosed that is. If that's the case, you don't know what volumes you are running.

Lower the dose or lower the casket, it's your call.

Just out of wild curiosity, what do your hormone numbers look like on that much gear? Total and free t, estradiol, DHT, PSA, etc

yes, definitely lower the dosage of steroids .

what i meant was advice for lowering AST, ALT and cholesterol.
I was thinking about doing glutathione injections.

are there other products that can help me with this?

I have always done the tests just a few hours after working out. maybe have influenced those values. I don't understand why the liver.

Ast and alt will skew up in the presence of hard exercise. Mine were ever so slightly elevated after a run with low dose masteron that made me attack weights and met con like a bezerker.

I did use some glutathione (oral) for a few weeks, dropped back to trt and within a couple of months all numbers were in range.
