    Blood Work Help

I apologize for posting this twice in the same group. I did it by accident and don't know how to delete a thread.

Hello, Im new here and need some advice. Ill post my blood work down below. I'm 29 and have a low Total Testosterone count. My doc said not to worry because my Total Free Test is normal but he only tested for Total Free T4, is that the same thing? I originally got the bloods done because I have been struggling with chronic fatigue, poor immune system, and depression/anxiety for years. But my sexual function seems to be normal. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Vitamin D deficiency has been defined by the Institute of Medicine and an Endocrine Society practice guideline as a level of serum 25-OH vitamin D less than 20 ng/mL (1,2). The Endocrine Society went on to further define vitamin D insufficiency as a level between 21 and 29 ng/mL (2). 1. IOM (Institute of Medicine). 2010. Dietary reference intakes for calcium and D. You should also check estradiol and iron. Your LH and FSH are within range so I'm thinking that the issue is primary not secondary. Have you had recent trama to the testies, or suffered from any serious infections?

Start taking Vit D as your level stinks.
Where's the free T level and range that your doc said was ok? Am I missing it?
Could be testicular related like Marcus said. Talk to your doc about an ultrasound to check for abnormalities, varicocceles, etc and report back please on this thread.
