Cycles (not of the AAS variety) and lateness
Out of morbid curiosity, for a friend, just wondering and all that bull****, have any of you had a gf, significant other or wife be fairly "late" with their period and have it turn out to be nothing (well, nothing but a hell of a scare)? If so, how late did it go where things still turned out clear?

I am like clockwork and always know exactly the date and time I am going to get mine, I have been over a week and a half late and it be nothing. However, most women aren't as predicatable as me and can go as long as three weeks and have it be nothing. Then there are the few who actually skip theirs, I have friend that gets hers once every 3 months. Anyways, there are factors that can delay for any female (or even cause them to skip a month) such as stress. worrying about not getting your period can even cause it to be later... ironic huh?

Just do what I always do and ask her to drink bleach and punch herself repeatedly in the uterus. Works every time.

Okay, this is somewhat reassuring though we will be going the EPT route this weekend. She's about two and a half weeks late, but with a serious caveat or two: 1. when she was about 16 she inexplicably stopped getting her period for about six months and it's been a little "off" ever since. 2. she's training for a triathlon and I hear it's not unusual to cease menstruation during hardcore training....
I'll know for sure saturday....GULP.

Update
Well, we rocked the EPT today and, while it was the longest four minutes of my entire life, we came back clear and celebrate by having the most unprotected sex ever.....joking about that last part.
Quite seriously though, i was relieved...but now the (somewhat smaller) problem is that she is more than three weeks late and with no real explanation as to why other than those mentioned above. We're guessing the triathlon training, but she'll be seeing her ob/gyn next week...
