    Check out the ordinance in my town.

    Section 10-22. Regulation of Dogs in the Central Business District

    (a) It shall be unlawful for the owner or occupant of any nonresidential premises located within the central business (CB) district.as shown on the official zoning map of the city of Gastonia, to keep or maintain any dog on said premises in any area that is visible from the publicly maintained sidewalk.

    How about that ?

    Kind of lame, but dogs could cause a lot of problems if they could just walk into corporate offices with people. There have been worse laws passed......

    Dogs are cool, but have this one neighbor that likes to have his dog ****

    landmine size loads of it everywhere and when I'm half asleep I don't see

    em till it's to late... At least cats are smart enuf to **** in a box...

    Just to clarify, the city passed the ordinance because the business that I help run has two german rotts out in a glass display(both 15' x 6' ). The glass displayS ARE on the sidewalk(STOREFRONT).

    So the ordinance says you that no dogs can be visible from the sidewalk. There making us take the dogs inside and out of view.(INSIDE THE OFFICE)
