how do you fit pictures in the avatar

the smallest pictures i take ar 60 kb. The max size is 14.5. How do you guy get full sized pictures on there.

Yep, on the tool bar, Image then Stretch/Skew, shrink it down and save it under another name. Paint won't give you pixle size so it is trial and error until you get it right.

use pixels, resize to desired size. as long as its 150x150 you should be ok.
