yes cialis works for women.. it will not increase the sex drive of a woman, but it will increase the blood flow, and once a woman is arroused then they will become "heated" faster and all that jazz that comes with being arroused!

I had a lady come in for a prescription of Cialis & when she found out the price of
the tablets she said: "For that kind of money I'll go buy a sleazy negligee & a cheap
bottle of wine"!!!!!
What a line!!!

......hhhmmmm.....theoretically, and pharmacodynamically, none of the PDE5 inhibitors would have any effect on females. The mechanism of action of Levitra, Viagra, and Cialis is simply to reduce the cGMP that breaks down the PDE5 enzyme that enduces smooth muscle relaxation in the penis...resulting in an erection.
None of them have anything to do with increasing sex drive, etc. They just simply increase the action of an erection.
But, if giving to a female results in a higher sex drive....by all means continue the usage. But, in order to save money, give her an aspirin and save yourself some money. I strongly suspect the results might be just psychological.
Not trying to discount anyone's testimony or feelings on the drug....I just know a lot about these drugs in particular and how they work.
peace,
ttgb
