Tonight is the wrong night for me to get drunk?..

You guys already the sh*t about the suicide. Well tonight is my first night away from my wife and family since it happened and I'm majorly pi$$ed off.

So I'm just in from work, had a few Jameson whiskey's after hours, and contemplating having a few more here. Oh yea, and feel like sh*t. Its 4am, WTF.

What is with Irish people and alcohol. Alcohol might lessen the effects of stress for the short term, but it inhibts stress in the long run. Seriously, go to church and pray to GOD. Sleep and eat at Church if you have to. GOD is all the comfort you need.

Which God and which church? For you see we have many gods here in this world although in reality there can be only one true god......

thats tough bro, all i know is everyone deals with problems differently.. i personally wont have a thing to do with shrinks... do what you think is right as you know better then anyone else how you cope. i dont think many people consider the fact also that being a father makes it even that much harder because i'm sure your family is looking to you for strength and support. stay strong bro
