Terri Anderson and her husband, Keith Anderson, are accused of recording images of her having oral sex and simulated intercourse with her two young sons.

(6/10/04 - SALT LAKE CITY, UT) — A convicted sex offender allegedly recorded his wife engaging in sex acts with her two young sons and posted the images on the Internet, authorities said Wednesday.

Keith and Terri Anderson were each charged Wednesday with sexual exploitation of a minor, said Melodie Rydalch, a spokeswoman for U.S. Attorney Paul Warner. The case is likely to be heard next week by a grand jury, which could consider additional counts. var cm8cat='null.void'; The alleged abuse happened on multiple occasions between Jan. 1, 2003 and Sept. 11, 2003, according to the criminal complaint.

Terri Anderson, 28, is accused of performing oral sex on her sons from a previous marriage, who were under age 7 at the time, Rydalch said. The boys also were depicted performing oral sex and simulating intercourse with their mother, according to the criminal complaint.

Under questioning by FBI investigators, Terri Anderson said she had sexual contact with the boys to please her husband, who came up with the idea, special agent Howard Martinez said in a deposition.

Keith Anderson, 46, was convicted in 1997 of child abuse and had registered with the state as a sex offender, according to a state Web site. His attorney, Jon Williams, declined comment.

Terri Anderson's attorney, Rebecca Hyde, did not immediately return a call for comment.

Both were in federal custody and a detention hearing was set for Monday.

If convicted, Keith Anderson faces up to 50 years in prison due to his previous conviction, Rydalch said. Terri Anderson faces up to 30 years if convicted.

Child welfare officials have taken custody of the children.

Yes, but she's the one that did the molesting. Just doesn't seem right that she should get off easier. That would be like someone with a DUI telling another person to drive drunk. Then letting the drunk driver (who could have said no) off easier when someone gets killed.

I guess cyc has a point about concrete proof being neccessary for the death penalty, but i think that all child molesters should be executed, as well as murderers, rapists, and most other violent criminals. We need to scare society into cessation of these terrible deeds. If a few innocents get left by the wayside on our way to a better society, that's the risk we have to take. In singapore there is almost no violent crime because of capitol punishment.

All right!! An intellectual debate!! Chris, i respect your opinion. My opinion is that the reason crime is so low in the countries you mention is because you are guilty until proven innocent - the exact opposite of the Western world. Because of this, people don't just avoid commiting crimes, but they avoid any PERCEPTION of such. They live their lives in fear and do not enjoy any of the freedoms that we do.

This results in little crime, but it's not how I would choose to live my life.

in certain middleeastern countries like:

people are **** scared to mess around in these countries.

apart from pakistan becuase the police have recently(1980's-2004) become more corrupt as in you can buy your freedom and escape trial in court. but even then they usally punish people hard for crimes depending on which areas or provences you live in.
for example every friday in pakistan they call all the people of the town/village/city in to the centre of there towns or villages and then bring the criminals into the centre and name and shame them.
Then police describe the crime they have done and then execute them infront of every one including schoold children and tell the people if they catch them doing any crime the punishment the next time would be even more worse then this.
i personally agree with this becuase the children grow up **** scarred realising that if the commit armed robbery,rape,peodophilla,car jackings,murder,drug dealing/smuggling that the only thing that they will see is death.

we also live in a world where it "cool" to be a criminal. look at all the movies like godfather,casino,sleepers etc.. that created alot of wannabe gangsters and hoodlems. look at the "gangsters" music. im not saying movies or music are to blame but they create a general atmosphere where its "normal" to be violent.

when people realise its cool to be a police officer or be someone who is good or kind or its good to help other people more then it is to help yourself then and only then will the youth and people start to straighten themselves out.
