i hear ya bro, when i have a bad temper i like to break things. i have punched my rear view mirror and got it replaced 3 times. broke a couple of other stuff including my windshield im much better now.

The only time I've thrown my shoe is when one of my hoes come home with less than $500. She gets a sneaker behind the ear and gets sent back out to the corner.
