I can't sleep :(
Arrrrrrrrgh, nothing worse.
Started a diet 10 days ago and normally I don't experience hunger pangs for more than 2 or 3 days, but for some reason I'm starving tonight. That plus the E/C/A and a few things on my mind that me climbing the walls.

Been there with insomnia before... I have have gone literally weeks without so much as a wink of sleep. Had sleep issues and bouts of insomnia my whole life and yeah it sucks big time. Hang in there, when you do get sleep it will be the best sleep you have ever had though.

Try some ZMA and St. Johns Wart, worked wonders for me. Half a tylonel PM (when I'm super stressed) works too.

I'd try either Tylenol p.m. or in really bad cases, I just down some Nyquil and it's lights out!

I hate this sh*t, mind goes a million miles per hour and I start beating myself to death over things I have no control over.. lol. Oh well, just as well I'm off work tomorrow.

I had one of those nights last night! 4 hours of sleep...........ugggh....no T-p.m. or Nyquil on hand, so I stared at the ceiling and thought about VIXI.

You could also try some Valarian Root, it knocks me out and I don't even wake up once through the night, which for me is irregular.

Nobody believes me, but here's what I do. Someone told me about it years ago and it works every time.
I lay in bed and I tell myself over and over again that I HAVE to stay awake. I just say over and over in my mind "I must stay awake, I must stay awake." I'm usually asleep in 5 minutes.
I swear, it works every time.

Similar to one of my nightly tricks... I can't ever fall asleep at night which is the reason I'm lucky to get 4 hours of sleep. Sing the 100 bottles of beer on the wall, then once you have made it down to 0 then start to count and see how high you can count.
