I don't pay for my gym membership. I fix the Gold's Gym manager's P.C. in his office when it's on the fritz, give him free shirts, etc., and he just updates my account for a year every year.
Good stuff huh?

Costs me $24can a month (institutional/government deal)
The gym itself isn't great, but it's a large chain and I can walk into any gym of the chain in the province. Very usefull when I travel for work.

i am a member of a small gym, and it costs a little more, but its cool, no alot of ppl, no ****bags to be in the way... i like it, plus if anyone bothers me, the owner warns em and then boots em. we are tight and he knows i look out for the gym and his interests and he trusts me when i say that asshole needs to find a new place to act out..lol

Definetly not hardcore gym, but they have all the free weights I need (heck dumbells go up to 130 lbs!), plus they got some sweet Hammer Strenght machines. Plenty of threadmils, bikes, rowers, stair climbers, smith machine, squat cage, cables, leg press, even a freakish neck machine.
I only wish they had more benches...

AandF9696's mom does a local advertising news paper (tidbits if youve heard of it) and the local 24hr gym does thier ads in that so they gave his family a free family membership. Except he is the only one who goes so I got put on as family so we dont pay anything.
