pain under naval

anyone ever feel like a pulling starting at the belly button - naval area, very painful...

yea.....i get that somtimes after a heavy abs workout with weights...now if its a shooting pain with gas and pain that runs along you intestines and theres a small lump or really tender spot go have it checked out its prolly a hernia

i only get it once in blue moon,, like there is a rope attached to your belly button and is being pulled toward your groin... weird!

It helps to stretch it by slowly leaning back. It should go away.

small hernia i was told, not sure if thats true, just what i sas told, and mine hurts like hell when it pops up..

took the words right from me NN ... I just had 2 weeks of training on hernia's ... some nasty shiot. The bowell can get all wrapped up poking through a hole in the abdominal wall and get strangulated. Sometimes you can even poke it back in. Like I said .. nasty ...
