Well after a 7-8 year layoff and did nothing but got fat and lazy, ate donuts and coffee for breakfast, take out for lunch and supper and usually chips and pop for bed time snack, i decided i wanted to be in shape again. So went from 220 24% to 230 14% then spend summer racing mountian bikes and decided i liked wights better than all that cardio, so was 180, 12ish 3 years ago now 220 10% (currently on diet for show)

Not bad? BB has become a part of my life now, and it's something I'll never stop!!! Feel great when I lift, more confidence, and lots of chicks in the weight room

Old me....
(about 3-4 years ago)
smoked a pack a day , got drunk about 3 times a week maybe more, Weighed in at 130 pounds at 6 feet tall.
Me now.. no smoking , drink maybe once a month , 190 pounds @ 8% body fat should hit 200 pounds in a few weeks. Only thing i kept was my 31 inch waist (with pants on) .

Well, at highschool grad. I was 6'2" 245 benching about 315, at about 19%. End of first year of college ball I was 296 at like 24% benching close to 385. A year later I am 251 at 16% in the 350 range. My goal is 260 at around 14% putting up 4 plates!!

Terinox, thats some funny stuff. Hope all is well. I've been lifting on and off for 20 years. Recently since on AS, last 6 months.
Weight was 205, now 236. Bench was 300, now 420. Arms were 17, now 18.5. Waist was 38, now 34-36. Bodyfat was around 18%, now is lower and dropping, thanks to cardio, diet and EQ. Legs gettting back to par, recovering from ACL surgery. Could hit a softball last year 400ft clean. Don't know yet how far this year, but I know I'm a lot stronger. Looking forward to finding out.
