Well after a 7-8 year layoff and did nothing but got fat and lazy, ate donuts and coffee for breakfast, take out for lunch and supper and usually chips and pop for bed time snack, i decided i wanted to be in shape again. So went from 220 24% to 230 14% then spend summer racing mountian bikes and decided i liked wights better than all that cardio, so was 180, 12ish 3 years ago now 220 10% (currently on diet for show)
