OMG I am out of shape, i dont feel so good.......
I have been out of my routine for about 8 months now, and decided that today was the day to start up again. I was gonna ease into it with some light cardio. I went to the high school down the street where they have bleachers. I sterted out with a mile jog and I was feeling great. I followed it up with 2 stadiums and was feeling even better. I should have quit there. On my third one about half way through, my stomach started to rumble. One more stair I said. I really should learn when to quit. I really shouldnt have made that Carizo and eggs for breakfast :confuse: It came up really easy though :) Right now Im all uneasy and the screen is blurry lol. Im gonna go lay down.
