Insomnia

I have insomnia really bad. Maybe on a average night I will get about 4 hours the most. And it will not a straight 4 hours it will be like 2 and 2. Its horrible.....

last night I had to take my sister to the airport at 4:00, and didnt get home to sleep til about 6:30. But thats my usual bedtime anyway. I cant fall asleep before 3:30 at the VERY earliest. I do sleep for about 8 hours, but thats only WHEN I fall asleep, thats the hard part.

i dont have a sleeping prob, i fall asleep as soon as my head touches the pillow. when you have insomnia your whole life, are you tired throughout the day or are you use to being up? if i had insomnia and i knew i coudlnt sleep at night i would work 3 jobs and be a millionare.
