anybody here good with photoshop or one of them illustrator things

i got a pic, and i wanna change it so all the buildings are outlined and its mostly black and white and shadowing. but i cant do it. this is the original. and this is also sort of what im looking to so. but i suck at these art programs. someone help a brotha out lol. i wanna make it so when its tattooed you can make out each building. i dont know, im completly lost lol

im thinking the pic i posted is definatly the one i wanna use, cause every major building is in it and they are all separate and defined, only one that really isnt is city hall. which im gonna have to figure something out for
