The gear, sleep, food and workouts is all in check.
I still feel shapeless and fat. I feel like giving up on the whole **** thing.

Your desire to change must be greater than your desire to stay the same.
If it's not, none of the above ancillaries even apply.

In addition it should be food, sleep, then gear.
Just a technicality I had to clear up.

I feel the same way sometimes, but all it does is motivate me more. Only you can change yourself bro, if you don't like the way you are its up to you to do something about it. Be patient; this isn't an instant gradification endeavor anyway. Set goals and work to achieve those, don't expect to have proportions like a young Flex Wheeler by tomorrow.Originally Posted by Try Me
Bro stop feeling sorry for yourself and do something about it a couple of days of eating clean and rest without even thinking about the gym will do you a world of good. Then sit back and think about what direction you want to go in and where you want to be a year from todayOriginally Posted by Try Me
The biggest thing that I have learned is... sleep is ridiculously important...
Like the others said, take a few days, eat clean, get lots of quality sleep...
You'll get there bro...
Ask Swole how long it took him to get where he is today...or anyone else for that matter![]()

But seriously, it's the Adonis complex...most would be more than happy with your body, while you on the other hand strive to be better&stronger&healthier....
Actually by Christmas I will have done 1, maybe 2, shows. So, I should be all good by then. You're happy at the time, but then you realize you've got to go back to work, because lots of work still needs to be done.Originally Posted by Blown_SC

What I do when I get down is right out my goals for the week. I write what I am going to eat what and when I am going to lift and dont break the routine that I outlined. This is a great technique for getting out of a rut, I also visualize me lifting when I write out my routine. At the end of the day write your comments for the day how you felt during your routine or whatever, this works bro
sometimes you just need a kick up the arse. You cant give someone motivation they got to find it themselvesOriginally Posted by diablo27185
