Those ****ers ruled. Thundercats was one of the best for sure. I think it's safe to say that pretty much anything involving giant mutated cats, or whatever the hell they were, wearing armor is going to be superb. Did they have paws for feet but regular hands? If so, that doesn't make very much sense I don't think. Actually, I suppose they were bipeds rather than quadrupeds and thus, logically, it should follow that they have some sort of functional hand, namely one with opposable thumbs.
Astroboy dominated as well for all the right reasons I think. That robot/boy learned something new every episode and went way out of his way to make sure other children were aware of it as well. That's pretty solid if you ask me, despite the fact that the actual process of learning is pretty ****ing dull.
I can't actually remember any more 80's cartoons right now and it's the strangest thing. Somebody might want to pitch in since I'm only working with like a billionth of my brain right now. Oh wait, G.I. Joe. Go Joe!
