    I think Jay has a great body but his posing looks weak to me. The lats on Gunther are sick those are some think pieces of meat

    I've been walking around the house sayinf "Yeah Buddy." I find it hard to hit that same note though!
    The thing that cracks me up is when he finishes the lift, he walks away from the bar and quietly says, "light weight." It's the way he says it that gets me every time.
