    Arrow any good movies

    hay you all. im looking for a good movie i know what you think porno NO. any of you recomend a good bodybuilding movie? i need some more inspiration motivation. anyone got any place's i can down load anything from. just post it for me please.

    I watched Deer Hunter for about the 10th time last night....its a great movie.....is it inspirational for working out? Who knows could be

    lol...I saw it just to see michelle pfeiffer....didnt cry though sorry....I always thought sean penn was retarded...so it was nice to see him "not" acting

    Anyone see "Against the ropes"? That boxing movie with Omar Epps and Michelle Pfeiffer. Did it suck ass, or is it rent worthy?

    I downloaded dorian yates' Blood and Guts of Kazaa-lite. Its about 700MB so it fits on a cd - pretty good for motivating yourself.
