    Beset upon by chatterboxes

    Never really happened to me before. But i exchanged some plesantries today with a guy i vaugley know in the gym, it was quiet, just him and me training. I asked him to give me a spot in the bench etc. Everything was fine till about halfway through the workout. Man that guy liked to talk. He could talk for Ireland! Anyway i figured id give him some hints "well i gotta do my abs now" followed by sitting down on a mat to start but he diddnt stop! I ended up having a ten minute convo and never actually got to do any abs! i really diddnt want to be rude, but havent ever encountered this before. I suppose it was my fault in a way. I did correct his form on laterals and the convo started form there, but ****! I wont be doing that again.

    i know what you mean, i always just say. listen dont take this wrong, but im a amatuer bodybuilder and this is my job, so i have to work, ill have to finish this when im done and walk off..

    Bro its business, they're cutting into your time. It isnt a Social Club. Personally I just ignore everyone and just worry about my own sh!t. Even if they are doing something wrong or what not, I just stick to myself and worry about what I have to accomplish.

    I hear ya...never worked for me. I'm the chick in the gym who's focused on her day, kinda sees through people and keeps her head down. The t's just a bonus...i'm really not a total bitch
