Real Media Temp Files
When you watch a streamed movie through Windows Media Player...it creates a temp file in the "Temporary Internet Files" folder. So technically you can go into that folder and cut and paste that file for viewing later on.
My question...how does Real Media do it? It seems to create a temp file in the "Temp" folder. ie) PNX4FC.tmp However I can not rewatch that streamed file. I have changed the extension, opened it with RM player, etc. Nothing.
Any thoughts?

I think the temp file may just be the link and it has to be reloaded. Unless you download the file onto your hardrive it will not pull up.

Maybe because of "theft " or whatever they won't let it download on your comp. You'll just have to save the link and reload everytime. Sucks.
