Mens health and Men's fitness to me always seem geared toward fat 40-somethings that want to lose their gut and the always put the generic "3 sets per exercise, 2 exercises per bodypart" workout in every issue. Definately not for those looking for massive muscle.

As far as I am concrened, only three options exist: Testosterone (training/AAS/lifestyle), Muscular Development (pros/AAS/current info) and Ironman (training).

I don't think so......the last paper issue the put out was #9 almost 2 years ago, and I haven't seen a new paper version since. The online version (the one that started it all) is still up : www.t-nation.com
My favorites are Testosterone Magazine and Muscular Developement.
The only problem I have with MD is that they have Greg Valentino write for them.......and Dave Palumbo who reccomends insane cycles. I don't know if he started doing it as a joke or if he honestly believes the dosses he reccomends are whats needed to grow and won't give mad side effects........
