Can somehone please tell how being a good gymnast is considered martial arts!? Do you guys consider Mary Lou Retton a martial arts toughie? I'm not saying I can do the back flips...but how long do you think the backflips would last against Vitor Belfort?

It's not. That is a form of showmanship and nothing more, albeit a highly athletic and somewhat entertaining one. It says right on the page the guy is a stuntman.

Pretty sure this guy is trained in capoeira which is a form of martial art... but is more about the art then the actual fighting side.

not bad, i used to go to gymnastics all summer when i was competing in snowboarding. it was great to keep my body used to being in the air, and a hell of nicer to fall into a foam pit then onto a solid icy snow landing. i still can do back flips when ever i please lol. its quite the party favorite.
