My New Dog Came with an Unlimited Prescription of T4

My wife got a new dog from a rescue yesterday. So, she brought it home with all of his paperwork and medications. As I was looking through all of his crap, I came across a big fat bottle of Levothyroxine Sodium 0.5 mg each tab (T4). You know being a fat guy I thought HHHMMM… I just thought I check with you guys if I was being an A$$HOLE or if it seemed liked a viable option? Do not get me wrong, my dog will receive his required prescription as recommended I just thought I might get an extra fill for myself at the vet’s office. So, I was wondering if I was a creep or just being resourceful … let me know. Thanks
