Hire a maid. Cleaning is lame. For mine, I always move all of the furniture away from the walls to make sure that old lady gives me my moneys worth. She "claims" the furniture is to heavy to move herself. She's like 60, it may take her longer but she can move it.

Get some good table and silverware. The paper plate and sphork thing is for picnics.

Ironing board and iron are a must.

    Closet organizers.

    A kings-ransom of bath towels.

A small shop-vac is better than a carpet-vac if you are really messy. Great for doing blinds and cleaning up liquid spills.

Large bins that will fit under the bed for storage of out-of-season clothing and infrequently used items.

Small refrigerator. Keeps roomates rancid cockholsters off of your HGH, slin, beer, etc.

Yeah, you definetly need a box of condoms...candles...champagne in the fridge at all times, beer, hard booze with stuff to mix it with....evern of you don't drink...your guest might, a comfortable bed with pillow mattres aka, feather bed....nice sheets...clean matching towels for the bathroom....a few extra toothbrushes...extra blankets....porn....ky jelly....whipped cream....and uh, I think that should do it for now....I will add to it later.

someone mentioned it already but i need to echo it.... candles, candles, candles.... i'm telling you from experience bro. also, try to throw some art pieces up to.... make your place look somewhat classy and it makes you seem quite eclectic.

wireless network! (that is if you have a laptop and if you do they're relatively cheap and easy to set up) i don't know what i'd do without mine.

and since you're still at your prime partying age, you need a beer funnel. always fun to have your own.

    just a few ideas
