    New McDonalds Burger. mmmmmmmmm

    I just saw this new McDonalds Phillies Triple Cheeseburger commercial, anyone tried it? Sounds like a good cheat day meal. It was on a roll like a cheeseburger sub. I am so there next week.

    i am on a ckd diet so their is no cheat day for me my cheat day is 80% clean carbs 20% protein and thats suxx

    well i was searching the ogrish.com to see if their is a ripped version of fahrenheit and there was a user using this avatar so i copy it, i hope i can find a bigger one like 150x150 but in ogrish they only allow 85x85

    The way i see it, a cheat day is a cheat day. Just dont eat it for 3 meals that day!!! My cheat days are usually pretty ugly, but I really feel like it makes the rest of the weeks diet more effective. IMO

    McDonalds!. Well anything for now. Just dieted down from 265lbs to 240lbs and tight as a camels ass in a sandstorm right now. Just d*mn I'd devour one. Unfortunetly I'm not one for cheat days, a diet is always all or nothing for me.
