    Hello, I am new to the board

    Hello everybody. I just recently heard form a buddy that AR is a good place to go,talk and learn about many things. I just wanted say hello to everybody.

    I was just thinking and wondering if anybody has ever watched the Dennis James DVD Titans. I just recently purchased it from bodybuilding.com and have not gotten it yet. If you have seen it, let me know what you think about it.

    IMO, the diet forum is the place to be, afterall your diet is most important in BB. But of course most of the time everyone hangs out here and whores it up a bit.
