    my new bench

    I know it may not be as much as some of you beasts but I got up 300 yesterday. 35 lb increase since starting my cycle. Test is the best. Peace

    you should train in england, we use 20kg plater rather then 45lb's so three plates a side is only 308

    err..20kg =44.09lbs

    so it is pretty much the same thing, and I should know cos I have to transfer my workout log from pounds to kg to pounds at least 3 times a year.

    yeah but with 6 plates thats still 6 lbs! and the bar weight 44lbs not 45 if were gonna be anal about it. an olympic bar weighs 20kgs or 44lbs

    we have some 45's and 50lbs as well i think they are older then me!
