Well guys Im in the middle of my cycle and I broke my hand last night In a fight that broke out. I was trying to break up the fight and The guy I was holding back swung at me. So I threw him to the ground then pushed his head into the ground and hit him 3 times in the back of the head. I have a boxers fracture and Im supposed to be headin off to school the 18th for baseball.
I have a question regarding my cycle and workouts.
1. Should I finish my 12 week cycle of test E or stop since working out will be difficult with a broken hand?
2. I dont want to lose all my size so are there any exercises that I can do with a broken hand?
appreciate it guys and Im going to miss helping people out on this board. Typing is even hard to do. This took me almost 10 minutes. Thanks guys. Im up for any suggestions.
