Sup F@ckers!
whats up mofo's. well to sum **** up in a nut shell i had double shoulder surgery, was off for 10 months! became an alcoholic and now am back where i started! lol. i had a blood test done the other day, my doc said my liver values were a lil high from all the drinking. I'm being serious when i say i was gettin ripped every ****ing nite for like a month straight. i felt like i was on vacation cause every morning i'd wake with a hangover. anyhow im back now, been back for a few weeks now. i've been going strong at the gym, pushing myself till i see lil shinny dots for each set, and im only down 5 to 10 pounds on every exercise, and on some back up to par after 10 months off. Looking to start a cycle in the near future to put me over the top again. jus gotta let the liver rest for a while.

Full,
Welcome back bro! Go easy on the comeback! Patience is a virtue they say!
If you're gonna workout the rest of your life anyway, than a gradual comeback is a piece of cake! There is always room in the MJBBMOFOC for you! (Mighty Joe Big Bad MoFo Club)
Good Luck, MJ

Wow, as a victim one year ago of double patellar tendon ruptures, I know how that must have been.
All I can tell you is go slowly. One false move, and it's pretty much over. (lifting wise)
That's the longest road back, it goes in circles.
