I've been doing a mix of the Body for Life approach, combined w/Dr. Phil's "eat until you are happy b*tch" emotional stability approach, as seen on Oprah. I don't know why I'm not making progress............I even have begun to include natty peanut butter in my sticky white rice to pack on muscle.........any tips? I hear you guys have a great diet board around here or something like that. I also bought Cell-Tech and that new space age mollecular/casein/low carb/high muscle hypertrophy/nightime "Mr. O Maker" from GNC. I had to get it, it was on sale for $169.00, and came w/a free Jay Cutler poster, cuz that's what he uses. I know if he uses it, it HAS to be good. That must be why I ain't progressin', so I decided to include it.

20 years. Hard to believe. I started with some concrete weights in my bedroom, then I moved up to a membership at the local YMCA, and the list goes on. But those old concrete weights bring back some memories.

Hey this might be off topic but has anybody tried using gear
in their ass hole because its very vascular might be a alternative
means of delivery.
Yes, it works very well. I recommend you try it.![]()
Ive been training for 6 years on a real note been playing
ball since I was 6 though i guess i was brought up to
make things happen.
This is actually how we are W/OUT drugs! In the private forum where it's drug city, you should see the convo!!!Originally Posted by dannyisaacs
I was serious as well........I've been training 8 months............had double knee surgery 14 months ago, and was unable to train for an entire half of year. (leg train that is) It was rough keeping the upper body as big/thick/full/pumped w/out leg work. That and sheer stress on the body, had me have to re-focus my entire outlook on training, and because of the injury, forget everything that I had learned before. My upper body actually got BETTER through the injury w/refined training, and now the legs are getting better than before as well.
I'll be back very soon, better than ever even, but I've only been training for 8 months w/this new focus/dedication, as it's new/diff/more intelligent/upgraded from what I used to do. So I think to myself to forget the past, and focus from post-life changing horrific injury, on.

I have been workin out for about 12 years now .. maybe longer ... I honestly dont remember ... I have done my share and then some of DOPE!
I had a non olympic type metal bar with concrete weights .. where as over time the center section where it should touch your chest was full.... (they were all 10's on there! EHHEHE) I only had enough room for my hands on that bar.
yahp.. then joined a gym when I wasn't sooo embarrassed about how boney I was ..
shat ol days.![]()
I'm gonna start any day now ;-)

Ive only been at it seriously for two years. I used to row and do karate but found that i was only doing these activities so i could go play in the weights room afterwards.
I've been working out seriously for almost 10 years but was working out for about 5 years on/off before that so almost 15 total.
Just started off trying to lose weight, I really liked the results so just kept going from there. Trained heavy for a long time but put on so much muscle I lost my femininity (guys were envious of my upper chest, it was disgusting).
Now, years later after doing lots of hard work but also after doing lots of stupid things I finally figured out what works for me....well, someone else helped me figure it out...thanks Dally![]()
20 on and off here....if you take the offtime out of the equation it would end up being 14-15 yrs
this fall it'll be my 13 year anniversary of lifting weights... i actually started when i was 12. my dad got a soloflex type machine for himself and i wound up using it more than he did. i bought myself some dumbbells when i was 13 and would do simple things like curls and tricep extensions. i didn't fully hit the free weights until freshman year of football in hs. i've been pretty involved in lifting all these years except for the last 2. things have been somewhat on-and-off due to injuries and the crazy-ass hours spent at work doing a residency.

Leave the bar on the bench and the thing would be bent when you went back to it.
1 day, i just have good genetics lol.
