Charlie Horses? Help please

Hey bros i know this sounds weird but its not a joke and it really annoying, but whenver im doing smething with a chick i always get charlie horses either in my hamstrings or in my ****ing sole in my foot and i have to like get off and walk it off, and today iwas just sitting in my math class and i got the worst charlie horse, i just wanted to stand up and start screaming and roll on the floor. Anyone have any suggestions on why this happens? Thanks

are you on clen? .... if so, drink 1.5-2 gallons of water a day, and take ur taurine supplements. im guessing ur charlie horses are some real wicked cramps.
