i broke my diet last night
its a one time thing lol iv been on my diet for a year now without cheating or a break. but i was watching tv and this guy was eating chille cheese dogs and washing it down with a milkshake and it got to me i tought to myself man i want that. so i went to the store and got a pack of turkey dogs big can of chille cheese and ice cream and real milk needless to say i ate it all in one shot down side to the best night of my life i have mud butt lol

I cheated last night too.. but I also rode my bike from 16th and spruce all the way to manyunk and back.. if you know philly.. you know thats a far ride.

by cheated I mean I had a beer *i know baddd!!* and a tuna steak on a roll - but I only ate half of the roll..still bad though..

Yea i choked on my diet last night. 4 bowls of cereal, a pb&j, and a fat free yogurt right before bed, blahhhh

lol i eat high protein low carbs yes i know what cheating is lol i eat the same things day in and out . boneless skin less chicken tuna (brown rice) befor 6pm i have 70/20/10 diet i dont eat or even think about junk food i dont eat protein bars dont drink real milk i only eat two peices of bread a day wheat so ya i know what im doing and what cheating is lol

oh and turkey hotdogs and ground turkey thats about it i dont eat red meats and so on
