had a pretty bad scare today...around 3 o'clock i notice that i am breathing pretty heavy and didnt think much of it. At 5 i hit the gym and before i even picked up a wieght all the sudden my chest tightened up and i couldnt breathe...I thought i was having a heart attack!!!! So like an idiot i waited a couple minutes then tried to "tough it out" i was benching and as soon as i got to some heavy wieght it felt like my lung had just broke through the back of my ribcage, i couldnt move i couldnt breathe i was scarred sh*itless...i went home and tried to lay down to relax, felt a little better but still went to the doc to be safe turns out i pulled a muscle around the back of my lung(spinal i think) yesterday while doing heavy behind the neck press and everytime my lung expanded it stretched out the pulled muscle...
thank god thats all it was i was too scared
