For all those men who say, "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free". Here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage, why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire Pig, just to get a little sausage.

What common sense is there in this vehicle?

220 hp....but it's a diesel engine....the torque at that horsepower will be 2x that of a gas engine....used for pulling trailers, etc.

    Indeed, it's a DT466 turbo diesel engine

We have a fleet of over 20 of those here configured as 4 ton and 6 ton capacity dump trucks with a DT466 under the hood and trust me... the torque they put out is more than adequate.

It may not outspeed a vette or a stang, but with that much torque on 4x4 it'll climb the side of your house without effort, and pull up the neigbours house on it's shoulders.

    You're right...

International used to make some wicked 4x4's years ago. My grandfather had an International Scout 4x4 with a 392 V8 in it... couldn't kill that thing no matter how hard you tried!

It looked a lot like this (but a lot rustier!!!)

Yes indeed! And whats more, you can still buy most parts for them from International! Considering those trucks haven't been made in 25 years that says a lot about the company!
