2 days down, 118 to go!!!
Well, it's been two full days that I have stuck to my diet and done my cardio.
Now before you explode in laughter and spit your protein shake on your keyboard, hear me out.
I injured my back doing deadlifts 4 months ago. Ever since then it's been off again on again pain. Those who have experienced it will tell you that low back pain is the worst. Needless to say, I got into a rut of doing no exercise cuz i couldnt lift and eating anything I wanted. I would go days at a time with only eating fast food. I have ballooned up to over 230lbs and I feel disgusting.
But I know I have hit the bottom. I am making my commintment right now. I have been lean before and I vow to do it again. Thanks for listening to my sorry fat ass. RR

Red, You're in the right frame of mind now.........stick to it brother. Keep us posted.
I've a bad lower back and I love DL's, SLDL's and Rows. The trick is to know when enough is enough and stop before it's too late.
