sh-t swole, is that a regular thing for you? if so, how do you manage to stay so big? i thought rest was imperative to muscular developement. i feel guilty when i get less than 8 hours of sleep...=/

It's more just staying at rest. Watching TV and being sedintary are rest enough for the body. For the mind to work properly, studies have shown people can function on 10 min power naps every hour. In combat, most people only get like 4 hours sleep 4 hours work. Today I got another hour and half after posting earlier. Almost fell asleep during lunch break. Need to hit the sack earlier tonight. Rehab chest day tomorrow.
