Seriously, I thought I was in pretty good shape and all, but my next door neighbors just bought this totally sweet new trampoline and after only like a half hour or so of bouncing around on the thing, i was wiped. I don't know...i guess this means I need to hit the cardio with a little more intensity if something as simple as bouncing is gonna make me tired. I'm off for a nap now.
