    BODYBUILDING.COM - 8 Days Later...No DVD...WTF

    I ordered Ronnie Colemans: Unebelievable DVD from bodybuilding.com on September 22nd and paid extra for the 2-3 days International Shipping.

    It's now October 1st and I STILL HAVE NOT got my DVD?! What the **** is up with that?

    Last time I checked in they said it was at the Border. What the ****. I'm pissed off.

    Either customs found your DVD and you will be getting the "Letter" or you were scammed, in which case i would PM a mod right away.

    well if it's 2-3 days guaranteed shipping either call the shipping service for a partial refund or call bb.com for a partial refund. Ive done it before -not from bb.com- and if their 2-3 day service takes longer to deliver they will give you your money back.

    Hey bro, iv delt with BB.com many times and never had a problem. Also dont forget its not 2 - 3 days from when u order it. Its 2 - 3 days from when its shipped. Its possible it just hasnt gone out yet...Hang in there!

    I ordered from bb.com a few years ago.... never got my order.... they told me they'd reship, never got the new order either. I told them to charge back my credit card and no response to emails from them. After 6 months and repeated threats from me I finally got my $$$ back. Needless to say Im not dealing with them again.

    I got my order yesterday. It took WEEKS, but I asume it was customs. There was a sticker on it with all the stuff detailed, etc. BLAME CUSTOMS.

    Talk to customer service? Maybe they dont have your info? Maybe they just misplaced the order.

    That is why I NEVER pay for 2-3 day shipping. It usually gets to me in 4-5 days regardless.

    Sucks that you expect something from a company, pay for it and they jack your order regardless of error. Not good business even if it is ONE customer. That ONE customer will steer away 20 potential customers.
