I've been to Daytona, Talladega, and Atlanta many times, qualifying for the Indy 500 once, and to the Indy car road course race in Miami several years back. I would love to go see a Formula One race, maybe at Monaco.
The last time I went to Atlanta, I got tickets through work to one of the Condos that were so sweet, a supplier got the tickets for me, and we got to watch the race, sitting in a recliner, with free beer and food!

So fascinating to me.

I think it was messed up earlier when they dropped DE Jr.'s points and fined him just for saying the word Sh!t after he had won at Talladega

I love NASCAR. I always get $hit from people for "watching cars go around in circles" but if people would take the time and watch it, they'd like it. Jerry Nadeau was my man, I dont know why, but I always thought he was a good driver. Too bad he got his head all jacked up. Now Jr. is my boy.

Gordon is the MAN. He consistently finishes close to the top and he has no one, I repeat NO ONE besides his team-mate to help him. There is not one single car that will draft with him. Watch the Talladega race, he is running solo the whole time.

Gordon is gayer than a 3 dollar left handed football bat!

When a newbie gets into Nascar, he's likely to be a Gordon fan.
After he learns anything about nascar, he ceases to be a Gordon fan. That guy couldn't whine more if he were a 5 year old girl. And he won't win the championship, if there is a god.
Kurt Busch is the one you better watch. Jr is hit and miss at these last few tracks. Kasey might very well get his first win by the end of the season. I do expect to see JJ tighten up and kick some tail though.
All in all, it's going to be a good finish. Especially if Gordon goes into the wall a few times.

what the hell u talkin about? ive been a fan for about 4 years. i wouldnt say thats a newb. anyway gordon is one of the best drivers, i mean he has 6 poles and 5 wins this year. Hendricks has put together a great team along with j.johnson. dale is off and on, but we'll see who takes it home.

I never really understood NASCAR until I met the fans, and then I realized how little it takes to fascinate them.

I've raced nascar cars before. Raced a stock Dodge, a F1 and a Panoz Esparante at over 185mph
