WTF quit smoking now im losing weight?

man i havent had a smoke in 3 weeks and in that time ive gone from 85kg down to 82kg this cant be right , i thought you should gain weight. Im sure my eating has stayed the same, so since smoking increases heart rate and for the most part i guess metabolism, wouldnt me quiting and eating the same produce more weight gains? i dont know its got me f**ked any ideas.

ya want to know the funny thing, i quit so i could make some real clean progress and save some money to go towards more important things(like test) but the missus still smokes up a storm so either way im still paying for it, ha go figure eh.
