what you guys are looking at is, me standing with 515 on deads, me wrapping myself on 515(dunno why i took a pic), me dipping with 180, and me dumbell rowng with 130.
and oh yes, im all natty in these pics, by the end of my next cycle i hope to be dipping my target bodyweight of 230, and deadlifting 6 plates for reps.ive done 2 cycles before, but the first was horribly done and the second was kinda short bring me back to my natty bodyweight both times.
