Now I'm starting to catch on. Jay has broken it down into 3 seperate forums 1) An anabolics forum - obviously the primary purpose of this board 2) A fitness forum - where we can share ideas on other aspects of building our phsiques (and get to know each other) and 3) a general forum - for topics unrelated to fitness and training such as the recent acts of terrorism in NYC. Cool!!!

I had to go out of town for a couple of days. It is the biggining of the quarter and everyone has to recertify their air monitors so that they will be up to the EPA standards. Came back and I almost did'nt reconize the board. Looks reallllly Good.( Especially the Reciepe Section) Jason, your a champ in my book. Good job. (And that goes out to all of the other MODS here as well)
