i agree.. just telling people to vote isnt going to elect the "right" person. they are basically just saying vote for this guy but only because i wanat u to... thats gay... i didnt even register to vote.. i think this election is a joke.. im not a fan of bush but kerry doesnt exactly make bush look to bad..

You should read Laura Ingraham's new book,
Shut Up & Sing: How Elites from Hollywood, Politics, and the UN Are Subverting America.
I haven't a clue why these celebrities, who do not live in the REAL WORLD, like the rest of us, think that they know what is best for those of us who do live in the REAL WORLD.

It may hold true, but certainly would not be more correct.

because they are in a position where people would listen to them.. i dont see the problem here? they're asking people to vote in general.. its not like they're trying sway people by endorsing a candidate.. im pretty sure bushes tax cuts are much better for a celeb then kerry's proposed rollbacks..

I dislike when, with the help of their celebrity status, they put forth their political views and expect the world to listen to them and then cry the blues when people boycott their shows or contact advertisers.
