I think we should all give a shout out to Swole, in a non gay way.. He is by far the most professional among us.. No offense to anyone else.. But he's got his own business with amazing results that have made people's life soo much better, and now he is starting his own supplement line (Soon available to Canada ).. yet he still finds the time to come on here and give us morons advice!! Thanx brotha keep up the great work

Hey man, keep at it. 3 years ago I was fired from CTB McGraw Hill for a dumb ass reason.

I now realize that was part of my embedded "life plan", as I was meant for this. That stuffed shirt sh*t ain't me, never was. I have never been happier, and I have 4 jobs all related to fitness, and I get paid to workout.

It doesn't get much better than that. Just do what comes natural to you, never give up, ignore those who try to keep you down (trust me that will happen), and just follow your heart. Things happen for a reason, so for every door that closes, break a f*cking window and let YOURSELF in.

i go out of my way every day to find the motivation i need to work out as hard as i can. i'm naturally a highly motivated person but i always try to take it to the next level. thx for the kind words and i'll be interested in seeing how much farther you'll go as well.

Your own motivation is key, yes, but I'd be lying if I didn't get motivation from others in helping, having their encouragement, etc. The key is to also use the negativity from walkin' cheesedicks to also push you more in what it is you wish to do/accomplish. I love that phrase!
So use the positive to your advantage, and use the negative to your advantage as well, as there is a way to do both! The key is to realize that negativity is a positive form of internal desire that never surfaces in another by way of productivity and self-worth.

So, steal it from them and use it for yourself, as they are wasting it anyhow.
