I can't beleive no one has mentioned Rakim..... as far as "rappers" go, he is hands down best of all time.... granted some of his newer stuff isn't that great.... but no-one can flow like him..

I have a stack of rap cd's here and after listening to them i've decided to make me own ablum. "YO YO YO YO" Well that's it for the first song...I'll keep you guys updated on my flow.
I can't stand 99% of rap, but if I listen to it. It's gotta be Too Short.
