Just like the USA, Canada has it's nice places and it's complete sh*tholes. It all depends on what you want to do and what industry you want to work in. It's only worth the move if you are going west (ie Vancouver, Calgary or other a few select places) The same can be said for the USA. Much of the States is a toilet. There is no point in moving to the USA if you are going to end up anywhere other than the Southwest, NYC or Hawaii despite what some of these southern hillbillies will try to tell you. I have said it 1 million times, Americans that think America rules and that don't live in one of about 6 states (CA, AZ, NV, HI, OR, WA) simply don't know what they are talking about probably becasue they have never been to many other states or Canada.

Today was very very cold, and the roads were extreamly slippery! If you love cold, and slidding around in a car, then Canada is great.
One big thing to think of (pun intended) is shrinkage. When it's -45 our "comanders" shrink down to close to 8"s. And when you got to pee... you have to get it through 10"s of clothing. I am using metric, so that would be somewhere close to 13"s american.

The way people talk make it sounds like canada is the north pole...most of canadas population is situated in the south such as Ottawa, Toronto or in the west such as vancouver...if you look at it..Toronto is located right beside the american border..almost neighbouring New York..one of the biggest cities in the world..therefor the climates are basically the same. Unless your an inuit and want to live all the way up north where barely no one lives at all...The heavily populated areas of Canada resemble the same climate as a great part of the usa
